Patient Consultation Fees
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Fees exclude Government Subsidies but include GST of 15%.

ACC charges differ because of differential funding arrangements between the DHB which subsidises non-injury services and ACC which subsidises injury services.
Any consultation longer than 15 minutes will attract additional fees of $90 per 15 minutes.
Urgent or Consultations without appointment additional fee $25.
Full consultation fee applies to Prescriptions, Email and Telephone consultations.
Repeat Prescription and Referral letters fee $20 (Additional $5 fee for faxing or posting).
Additional Fees apply for Disbursements, Supplies, Procedures, Medical Certificates, WINZ Certificates, Driving Medicals, Travel and Life Insurance. (A full list of fees is available from Reception).
Dressing Fee, Liquid Nitrogen, Injection Fee $15, Smear Procedure $30, ECG $60 & Driving Medical $90.
Consultation Fees not paid on the day of your consultation incur an additional account fee of $25.Monthly statement fee $5.
Failure to cancel your appointment with a minimum 4 hours notice incurs a full consultation fee.
Patient who have registered but are still awaiting enrolment funding pay a fee of $15 more than the listed fees for enrolled funded patients.
Special conditions apply to Enrolled Patients.
Consultation before 9am and after 5pm weekdays attract an additional fee of $25.
Housecalls call out fee of $80 Plus consultation fee Plus travel time.
Accounts not paid within 90 days are handed to Baycorp. You are liable for all debt collection costs.
Credit Card fee 2% & Eftpos and Cheque fee 25cents.
